At another LDS blog there are a few topics about LDS literature. I found that these were consistently my favorites so I’ve decided to start a blog about it. I would however like for this blog to be more focused on a discussion of the ideas rather than a review of the books themselves. I don’t profess to have any formal training or authority or even any letters that go before my name that make me qualified to do this, so I would appreciate any comments from those more qualified. (Plus the fact that I’m not an LDS lawyer) So I’ll be content to hang out in my little corner of the “blogernacle” (a more moronic name I’ve never heard) and await your comments. That’s about it, enjoy.

- We met in Good Ol' Provo in the summer of 2003 at King Henry. At the time my roomate was getting ready to marry his roomate, soon to follow my other roomate married his other roomate and so we decided to fall in line and follow the trend. Garrett and I were married in July of 2003. He is my absolute best friend. He makes me a better person, friend and mother and I find myself more in love with him as each day passes!!!! We have two incredible children: Kenedy and Gavin. Life couldn't be better.

Gar, I look forward to gaining your literary insights on LDS literature. Do you know if the LDS short film classic "Cipher in the Snow" was ever based on any piece of literature. If so, that would be a fun discussion.
